I have been to Namba Parks at Namba, Osaka this year too.
It is named as "Namba Parks" which is located
at the west side of Namba station, Nankai Line.
Its an oasis covered by trees in a big city Osaka..
It is crowded by people in summer time,
but, people to visit there in cold winter are limited.
For young couples, it may be a good dating spot.
That's why it might be rather convenient to see less people around them.
In late November every year,
this spot will be illuminated at night.

from a starting point close to the south entrance to Namba station.
