Whether it is good or bad, if something happens,
although general Japanese observe the change of the things
by watching its development, the majority of them keep themselves
apart from the matter avoiding their own involvement in it.

you will hardly hear the voice of just an ordinary citizen,
except that of a critic or commentator or analyst in general.
It’s therefore really doubtful if just an ordinary nobody will be
understanding the essence of things and that they have a habit
to think things by themselves or not.
Unless they always show strong interest in something and study about it,
it can be imagined with ease that they will be short of the materials for right judgement.
Those who do not have their own views or ideas,
because of the shortage of materials for judgement,
they might be influenced by the news or reports by mass medias.
They might listen to such media coverage just for their reference
but they might have the risks of believing them without needed
examination to see the real truth. If such blind belief takes place,
it might lead to a wrong direction of things.
One typical example of such blind belief is the comfort woman issue
which was widely publicized by Asahi Shimbun.
That was a terrible mistake
which made Japan looked down – it was a kind of traitor to the country.
The negative harmful effect by trusting the mass media with malice
will be bounced back to the innocent.
The example of sin-making case is not a few in the political field too.
Regarding the case of afore-mentioned comfort woman,
the Kono’s (of the Chief Cabinet Secretary) comment of that time
made a fool of us Japanese public.

It was really irresponsible that made our people foolish.
Without making sure of real facts, it was full of sin
to fabricate the false story just by political judgement.
Despite of the fact, the person himself is keeping silent
without any blame or accusation. Such is the attitude of Japanese

Our world has changed completely by the development of IT technology today.
Thanks to the improved information technology just like a dream,
nowadays we can communicate with anybody freely
beyond the restriction of time and physical limit.
It is a world we can mutually talk in every direction in the world.
It is a world you can express your ideas and thoughts to anybody in the world.
If you make use of the communication means,
you can make your idea spread extensively to the world.
We should make good use of such means properly.

それを執拗に広く拡散したのが朝日新聞。
そうした反日のメディアの汚点も看過できない事も踏まえて言う。
日本が「先の大戦に至った理由」は
正しく理解されている方の数も増えているだろうとは思うけれど、
どちらかと言えば、ご存じない人の数の方が多い筈。
我が国は開戦を望まず、戦争を回避する為に最大の努力はしたけれど、
結局座して死ぬよりは、戦わざる状況に追い込まれたという厳然とした事実があるのを、
まさかご存じない方はいないでしょうね。
今では常識となっている事実。 日本が米国に対して開戦してしまったのは、
当時の米国の大統領のフランクリン・ルーズベルトの陰謀にはまったというか、
はめられてしまったという事実。
ルーズベルトは戦争をしないという事で、
大統領に選ばれたとの事が言われていたので、
自分から積極的に率先して戦争を始まる事が出来なかった様だが、
日本に最初の一撃を打たす事で、
米国が開戦するための正当理由が成り立つという方法を取った様子。
そんなルーズベルトの陰謀にまんまと引っかかってしまった我が国。
でも、無理もない。
世界を見渡せば、世の中は邪悪に満ち溢れている。
性善説というのは、日本の様な特異な国でのみ通じる、
特異な幻影でしかない。
世界の多くは、性悪説で、
縛るものがなければ人は何をしでかすかも知れない。
例えばキリスト教？の「汝姦淫することなかれ」などの戒律は、
現実を如実に表現している。
何か震災などが発生すれば、窃盗などは当たり前の世の中。
だから日本の東日本大震災の時の日本人の様子を見ていた世界の目は驚いた。
あんなに滅茶苦茶にひどい目に遭っても秩序が保たれていたのを見て感動たらしい。
現実に私の昔からの取引先の紳士からは国際電話が入ってきた。
自分の姿は、自分を鏡に映しても、なかなか分からないもの。
外からの目で見られたその印象を指摘されて、やっと気付くもの。
異国の多様な人々とお付き合いをすることによって、
段々自分がどうなのかという事が分かってくる気がする。
国外に敵を作り国民の目を背けないとやっていけない中国や韓国などが
「反日」をあえて捏造してまで声高に主張するのは、
彼らの国の安泰を追求するための常套手段。
時が来れば、その非合理さが判明されるかも知れないが、
日本はそれらの国々の海外におけるプロパガンダに押されているのが現状。
日本も諸外国向けに宣伝するための予算を十分に充実して、
ありもしない「間違った歴史認識」で、
我が国のイメージを誤解されない様にする方策の必要性が問われている。
日本も海外向けプロパガンダを充実し、
いわれなき「歴史問題」に対処できる有効な体制の充実を急ぐ必要がある。

いまだに「平和憲法」とうそぶく輩のいる日本。
日本が今まさに、危機的状況に陥っているのに、
あたかも「他人事」かの如く、現実を見ようとせず、
妄想の世界に逃避する人々が多くいる事に問題がある。
なんで中国の何たるかを正しく理解しようとしないのか？
我が国の平和的存続を望むなら、すぐに何をすべきか分かる筈。
なのにあたかも我が国への中国の侵略を容認するかの様な態度は許せない。
日米同盟は堅持すべきだが、中国の果てしない軍拡と
相対的に国力の低下する傾向の米国の現実を勘案すれば、
いつまでも米国に日本の庇護を頼れない。
普通の独立国が当たり前に自前で自国の防衛に努力する様に、
我が国も自前で国防をすべき状況にある。
世界の現実は、力無き国や地域は、他国に侵略される運命にある。
21世紀の現在でもその実例を見ている筈だ。
ロシアのクリミア半島への侵略。
中国による南シナ海での横暴はその最たる実例。
跳ね返す力が無いと、中国などに侵略される。
現状で何もせねば、風前のともしび状態の尖閣が
中国に飲み込まれるのは、もう時間の問題。
その現実を知っているのかいないのか、
日本人は「他人事」の様に思っているとしか思えない。
危機感を切実に感じれば、今や一刻の猶予も無いこの段階で
慌ててやるべきことは、現実に国防を可能にする事だ。
その前に為すべき事は、国のルールである憲法を真面なものに改めるべきだ。

世の中にある裏の世界のお話 [blog]
世の中には表の世界に出ない、
裏の世界の話が、現実にあるのですね～
普通に普通の生活を送っている限り、
遭遇する事もない、知らない世界の話。
好奇心の少し強い方なら、ひょっとしたら、
興味の対象になるかも知れないそんなお話。
INTERNETが発達した今、その機能を利用すれば、
どこの誰ともつながる可能性のある現代。
そんな時代だから、その利点は大いに活用すべきですが、
つながる相手にも十分用心をすべきですね。
私は、自分の狭い世界を少しでもより広くして、
見聞を広める事に興味があります。
いわゆる、好奇心が旺盛な部類の人間に属しています。
私の興味の主たる対象は異文化です。
諸外国の人々の文化に興味を持つことにより、
ひいては自分たちの日本の事柄について知りたく思うのです。
日本の外からなら見えるかも知れない客観的な日本の姿。
日本人の自分が何者なのか？ どこから来たのか？
自分の出自にもとても興味を持ちます。
DNAや遺伝子に関する日本人の特異性にもとても強い関心を持っています。
日本とシュメールの関係や日ユ同祖論なども、なんだかおもしろいお話ですね～。
異国との付き合いをすれば、
いろんな国のいろんな異なる民族の方々と文通をする事によって、
新しい発見は尽きません。
そうした事にご興味ある方ならご存知でしょうが、
いわゆる出会い系の機関に無料で自分を登録しておけば、
自分に興味を持ってくれる方がこちらの登録内容を見た上で、
向こうから何らかの意思表示をしてくれます。
一人も声のかからない日もありますが、
まあ大抵毎日複数の方々から連絡が入りますね。
でも私の経験では、
手紙の様な中身のある内容のメッセージを継続してくれる人は稀です。
その割合は例えば100人から声がかかって、多くて一人か二人でしょうね。
200人から連絡が入って来ても三人位にしか増えません。
自分にとっていい友達は本当に得難いものです。
長年そうして登録していると、いろんな方から連絡が入りますが、
中にはmoney launderingを目的で近付いてくる方もちらほらあります。
一時期はアフリカ諸国の難民キャンプからも何件かありました。
Indonesiaからは銀行家からも
Philippineからはミンダナオ島の某有名人がらみからもありました。
他にも色々あった記憶がありますが具体的には覚えていません。
そうしたやばい話には対応しておりませんので、
実際の所はどうなのかその確証はありませんが、
話の内容をそのまま受け取れば、
中身は作り話ばかりでは無いような気がします。
少なくとも真に迫っている感じがします。
しばらくそんな話から遠ざかっていましたが、
今度はより更に真実に近い話が来ました。
こちらの銀行口座を借りたい依頼者ではなく、
小包を送りたいというパターンなので、
それなら上手く行くかなという前提で書いておられる。
筆者の年齢が若いので、
多分経験不足なのか世の中の現実をよく知らない感じがします。
でもそんな話をあまり具体的に書く事は出来ません。
それとも、悪く取れば、やり方が緻密に巧妙化しているのかも知れません。
そうした案件を引き受ける業者も海外の業者の中にはある様ですが、
それを検証する事は出来ません。
でも行きがかり上そうした業者とメールでのやり取りをする結果となり、
過大な請求額を吹っかけられたので、
そうした業者の存在は認識しております。
彼らから見れば、カモが引っかかってきたとでも言う事なのでしょうか、
後出しで法外な費用を開示してくるのですね。
少し裏の世界を垣間見た感じがします。

Let’s master a foreign language [blog]
As it is recognized generally, among us Japanese,
we see the tendency of being not so much skillful in a foreign language.
Of course, skillful people are growing in its absolute number
when it’s compared with that in olden times, but we cannot say
that Japan is an advanced country of foreign languages
under the comparison with other countries.
I had once a chance to visit Finland some years ago.
It was a story when I went to Saariselkä and Rovaniemi
of Northern Finland passing through the capital Helsinki
in search for the encounter with aurora.
Saariselkä of Lapland is a small village of about 300 people.
At that time I recall a TV broadcasting telling us that
only one Japanese lady was living there with her one son.
It is a popular tourist destination, providing activities
such as skiing, hiking and a spa.
What was surprising there was that
you can talk with anybody (local people) there in English.
You can do with the staffs of local supermarkets in English
although their own language is Finnish. It is the same
with the staffs of local hotels and restaurants.
I entered into a small hamburger shop – a hamburger
made of the meat of reindeer – being run by one young local lady.
And it was ok with English.
I spoke with some several people or perhaps more (among
total population of some 300 people) and I had an impression
that they all speak good English.
The situation was also same in Rovaniemi (where you can see Santa Claus).
Peoples of the hotel and supermarket I spoke there – they all were good
at English without any exception. I was really surprised at the experience
in Northern Finland.
I know that many Dutch people are multi-linguists.
That will be because their country cannot survive by themselves alone
and they need to have close economic relation with their neighboring
countries within EU.
In addition to their native tongue,
many of them speak English, French, German and Spanish fluently.
The executive person of my old customer in Holland who once visited us
actually spoke good English, fluent French and Spanish,
although I could not make sure about German.
He was quickly reactive in such languages.
Perhaps that will be because they needed the skill to be successful
in their business in entire European markets. Because of the necessity,
they could handle them and being ready to use them at any time.
It is well known that that famous Audrey Hepburn who was
one of the big stars in olden Hollywood age was a real multi-linguist.

just like to live in an uninhabited island. Under the circumstances,
at least one foreign language will be a must.
Recently we find at stations announcements in English, Chinese, Korean
and even in French which is hardly spoken in Japan. The staffs of stations
are required to speak at least English at their window to explain to visitors
from abroad. This is the real fact.
To every Japanese born and grown up in Japan having no overseas experience,
everyone is an amateur at the beginning as long as a foreign language is concerned.
But, if you are really interested and if you show strong desire to make it your skill,
you will have lots of opportunities to brush up your ability.

we see the tendency of being not so much skillful in a foreign language.
Of course, skillful people are growing in its absolute number
when it’s compared with that in olden times, but we cannot say
that Japan is an advanced country of foreign languages

I had once a chance to visit Finland some years ago.
It was a story when I went to Saariselkä and Rovaniemi
of Northern Finland passing through the capital Helsinki
in search for the encounter with aurora.
Saariselkä of Lapland is a small village of about 300 people.
At that time I recall a TV broadcasting telling us that
only one Japanese lady was living there with her one son.
It is a popular tourist destination, providing activities
such as skiing, hiking and a spa.
What was surprising there was that
you can talk with anybody (local people) there in English.
You can do with the staffs of local supermarkets in English
although their own language is Finnish. It is the same
with the staffs of local hotels and restaurants.
I entered into a small hamburger shop – a hamburger
made of the meat of reindeer – being run by one young local lady.
And it was ok with English.
I spoke with some several people or perhaps more (among
total population of some 300 people) and I had an impression
that they all speak good English.
The situation was also same in Rovaniemi (where you can see Santa Claus).
Peoples of the hotel and supermarket I spoke there – they all were good
at English without any exception. I was really surprised at the experience
in Northern Finland.
I know that many Dutch people are multi-linguists.
That will be because their country cannot survive by themselves alone
and they need to have close economic relation with their neighboring
countries within EU.
In addition to their native tongue,
many of them speak English, French, German and Spanish fluently.
The executive person of my old customer in Holland who once visited us
actually spoke good English, fluent French and Spanish,
although I could not make sure about German.
He was quickly reactive in such languages.
Perhaps that will be because they needed the skill to be successful
in their business in entire European markets. Because of the necessity,
they could handle them and being ready to use them at any time.
It is well known that that famous Audrey Hepburn who was

In my head, this cannot be understood at all. They look to be handling their law just as nothing – they look to give their law no absolute power whenever they need to give their public sentiment
a first priority.
It is said that Korean people have been brain-washed by their governing people – anti-Japan sentiment was created in their people’s mind historically just as a means to make their enemy outside of their country to do politics peacefully in their country because they have lots of political issues which are required to be overcome.
This making an enemy outside is an old trick for the internal control which has been used extensively in history.
Moon Jae-in is inciting their people for the enlargement of anti-Japan sentiment and its movement. Their anti-Japan sentiment being their first priority, they have no idea to work together for the peace of both countries and giving big crack and friction between Japan and Korea relation. Anything goes as long as it is anti-Japan in Korean society. Actually U.S. also look to be giving up about them on their uncontrollable conducts.
As for us, because Korea do not behave just as they are needed to do against Japan, unless they will change their attitude to meet the normal international social norms, we will have no means to get along with them. Because they break one-sidedly the official agreement once mutually agreed just because their public sentiment surpass their law, Korea will be a nation we cannot handle on our due justice.
